Refund Policy
REFUNDS
All orders, ready-made/pret, or items unstitched that have been selected to be tailored by our in-house team, and have been requested to have specific customizations by the customer, are not eligible for exchange or return.
We shall only refund unstitched items.
Our ready to wear outfits are sourced to customer requirements.
All our ready to wear are custom made to the size charts provided on the product pages.
Please note, because of this reason we no not refund or exchange ready to wear products.
Unstitched products which have chosen to be customized by our in-house stitching team will not be eligible for refund as these are also custom made to the clients’ needs.
We strongly advise you thoroughly check the sizing charts and order your stitched items correctly.

RETURNS PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, you must complete the returns form. Please email returns@ranisonline.co.uk . Item(s) returned without completing the returns form will be rejected and may incur redelivery charges.
When returning your item(s), you must ensure the item(s) is/are unused and in the same condition that you received it/them with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
RETURNS PERIOD
You must complete the returns form we email to you and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If we do not receive your returns form within the 14 days, you will no longer be able to return your item(s).
CANCELLATIONS
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. After this our specialist teams will set out to source your products.
You will have to use the return process if you have not been able to cancel your order in time.
Please note that certain items are only stocked/sourced in limited quantities and are often shipped within a few hours, therefore, we do emphasize cancelling orders or items on orders as soon as possible.
OUTLET/SALE/PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Items in our sale/promotions and outlet section will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Orders placed with our discount codes also cannot be exchanged or refunded.
These are usually end of season or previous season collections which have been marked down to clear.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges.
RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
If you intend to return a purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Such goods remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition to when you received them
All returns will be inspected upon being received, please refrain from damaging the goods during inspection or whilst trying them on for size, including the original packaging and labels/tags.
We do not accept liability for any goods which do not reach us. We therefore advise that any goods which are returned are done so using a recorded delivery service and proof of postage is retained. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event of damage being caused to our goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure you're aware of our returns policy and we will not take any liability or offer any flexibility for noncompliance with this policy.
OUR PRODUCTS
Designers take great pride in curating innovative photoshoots for the new collections they launch. Please note that photos provided to us, for the purpose of sale on the website, will have a slight variation in reality - be that in color or embellishments and embroideries.
With certain designs having been hand embroidered, there will be times where embellishments are displaced. This is not a manufacturing fault, rather a natural occurrence. We do advise you to handle and wear all garments/fabrics with great care.
Aftercare of the garments and fabrics are also advisable for dry clean only. We will not be responsible for washing in any other method, nor for any color variations, and displacement of embellishments.
